5:00pm - 6:45pm (April - June 14)
8:00am - 10:00am or 5:00pm - 6:45pm (Begins June 14)
The Rally Aquatic Club is a member club of USA SWIMMING. The club is for age group and high school swimmers. Rally Aquatic Club will swim in local meets, and, for those who choose, compete at USA SWIMMING events in the Mid Atlantic region. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards independently and will be instructed in the fundamentals and refinements of all four competitive strokes.
The program offers instruction and training for all members, emphasizes fundamental skills, and refines mechanics of strokes, turns, and starts. Rally Aquatic Club prides itself in building strong swimming skills, instilling confidence, and practicing sportsmanship.
